Can a BIM Model Breathe?
Is it possible to bring the model to life by using intelligent building technology strategies and smart solutions and connecting the same with the model, for security surveillance as well as for detecting mechanical or system breakdowns? This goes back to the design and demands an added cost for the intelligent building. But this route is surely worth looking into and probably this is the way we are headed in the process.
