The rate for Industry Session Speakers is $775.

Industry attendees associated with a Conference Session are not counted against the number of attendees included with a Sponsorship level (if applicable). For example: if your Sponsorship level includes five (5) attendees, but someone from your organization has been accepted to speak on a Conference Session Panel, that person is not counted toward the five (5) spots associated with your…

Each Session proposal submission must include a Speaker from the associated institution. Each team can have a maximum of two (2) industry professionals for every institutional representative. The industry professionals included in the submission application do not have to be associated with a firm that holds a Sponsorship spot.

The submission deadline for Conference Education Session proposals is May 1, 2026. The selection process for the Conference Education Sessions will take approximately 1-2 months.
