TCUF participants (Sponsors, Education Session Speakers, or their Guests) are not permitted to attend, host, or promote any event that conflicts with a TCUF scheduled event. This includes, but is not limited to: private activities, dinners, parties, cocktail hours, etc.

If you are unable to secure a sponsorship, please fill out the waitlist form to be added to the list. As sponsorship spots become available, waitlist submissions will be considered by submission order and offered open sponsorship spots.

Payment is due when sponsorship is secured. Unlike previous years, full payment is due at the time of purchase to complete your transaction and secure your sponsorship level. If necessary, please contact your credit card company in advance to ensure a smooth checkout process. Any delays may result in loss of your sponsorship spot.

Sponsorship opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and are usually filled within 15 minutes of becoming available.

The number of attendees associated with each Sponsorship level is the maximum number of people that can attend with a particular sponsor.
