Architectural Showcase

Selected Showcases for 2026

Congratulations to all our selected Architectural Showcase presenters for TCUF 2026!

A few reminders as the start of the conference quickly approaches:

Submitters are responsible for producing the pop-up banner. See the Specs below for Architectural Showcase requirements, final display must match submitted image.
Acceptance into the Architectural Showcase does not include conference registration or attendance privileges. Conference attendance requires separate registration (higher ed attendees) or sponsorship (industry attendees).

Registered conference attendees can drop off their display at the Registration Desk as part of checking into the conference.  Non-attendees may also deliver their display to the Registration Desk but may not remain in conference spaces without registration.

If in-person drop off is not feasible, please reach out to info@t-cuf.org as soon as possible, and we will provide instructions for you to ship to our conference logistics vendor.

The TCUF Planning Committee will install all showcase displays in the designated locations. It is the Architectural Showcase presenter's responsibility to pick up their display at the conclusion of the conference. Any remaining displays will be disposed of and not returned.
Please direct any questions regarding the Architectural Showcase to info@t-cuf.org, thank you.

Highlight your most recent construction projects

Higher Education Institutions, and Design Consultants on behalf of those Institutions, are encouraged to submit displays of their successes in this year's Architectural Showcase.

Submissions will be accepted until August 14, 2026, through the online form on this page. Due to limited physical space at the venue, a limited number of submissions will be selected by the Architectural Showcase Committee for display.

The spaces available for each pop-up banner stand are 36" wide x 12" deep x 84" high. Please make sure your proposed display will fit in that size space.

Your proposed submission needs to include the following to be reviewed for approval in advance of the conference:

  1. A description of the project to be displayed including: type, size, and other relevant information.
  2. A short narrative or bullet points describing the salient points about what make the project(s) unique and of interest to other institutions.
  3. A digital image of the proposed display. The proposed display should be a near-final design for approval.
  4. The digital image should include the proposed graphics, dimensions, and photos or renderings that will be displayed for the project.
  5. Participation or acceptance of a showcase proposal does not come with or allow attendance to the conference. The submitting firm is responsible for producing and delivering the display. The TCUF Planning Committee will install the showcase display.

Rules for the Architectural Showcase:

  1. Submission is limited to two (2) per firm. Displays provided by Institutions of Higher Education are unlimited and will be given priority in terms of acceptance.
  2. Consulting firms' logos may be included on the display in the bottom right hand corner of the display and may be no larger than 6" x 6".
  3. The name of the institution and project shall be prominently displayed at the top or in the center of the project display.
  4. All displays will be retractable vertical events displays (pop-up).
  5. Displays shall not exceed 7' (84") in height and 36" in width.
  6. Easels are not allowed.
  7. One banner per project.
  8. Submissions must be submitted by August 14, 2026.

The Architectural Showcase Committee will notify all respondents of their submission status by August 28, 2026.
