Basic Information You Need to KnowGeneral Information
Spouses may attend the TCUF conference with you via the purchase of a $200 entry fee.
The regular rate for Higher Education personnel registration is $375. There will be an opportunity to register early (May 1st through June 30th) for a reduced rate of $325.
Attendance at the TCUF conference is limited to Speakers, Sponsors, and Institutional Personnel only. No additional attendees are permitted, and additional tickets cannot be purchased.
TCUF Scholarships
The industry firms that secure a Scholarship Sponsor level will not play any role or have any influence on the individuals selected to receive the scholarships. TCUF Board members who are associated with institutions will be the only panel members reviewing applications. TCUF Board members associated with industry firms will not be included in the review process or have any influence on selections made.
Scholarships shall be exclusively for Facilities Employee (FTE) of Texas Institutions of Higher Education as described in the Bylaws.
Scholarships to attend TCUF will be offered to seven (7) employees of institutions of Higher Education. Applications will be evaluated based on various criteria, including financial need, career objectives, professional experience, and commitment to continuing education.
Sponsorship Information
TCUF participants (Sponsors, Education Session Speakers, or their Guests) are not permitted to attend, host, or promote any event that conflicts with a TCUF scheduled event. This includes, but is not limited to: private activities, dinners, parties, cocktail hours, etc.
If you are unable to secure a sponsorship, please fill out the waitlist form to be added to the list. As sponsorship spots become available, waitlist submissions will be evaluated by submission order and sponsorship level preference to be offered open sponsorship spots.
Payment is due when sponsorship is secured.
Unlike previous years, full payment is due at the time of purchase to complete your transaction and secure your sponsorship level. If necessary, please contact your credit card company in advance to ensure a smooth checkout process. Any delays may result in loss of your sponsorship spot.
Sponsorship opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and are usually filled within 15 minutes of becoming available.
The number of attendees associated with each Sponsorship level is the maximum number of people that can attend with a particular sponsor.
Architectural Showcase
Participation or acceptance of a showcase proposal does not come with or allow attendance to the conference. Persons installing the showcase displays must either be registered attendees or if a non-registered person is installing the display, they must leave the conference area immediately after the setup.
All displays must be on a standard retractable event banner (maximum banner dimensions: 47″ wide x 81″ tall, exclusive of the housing). Boards on easels and other types of displays will no longer be accepted.
Submissions can be made via the TCUF website.
Showcase submissions highlighting a recently designed or constructed project on a college or university campus will be accepted for consideration through August 14, 2026. The submissions may be made by either the Higher Education Institution or an A/E/C consultants on their behalf.
All respondents will be notified of selections by August 28, 2026.
Conference Education Sessions
The rate for Industry Session Speakers is $775.
Industry attendees associated with a Conference Session are not counted against the number of attendees included with a Sponsorship level (if applicable).
For example: if your Sponsorship level includes five (5) attendees, but someone from your organization has been accepted to speak on a Conference Session Panel, that person is not counted toward the five (5) spots associated with your Sponsorship level. As a result, your organization will have six (6) people in attendance at the conference.
Each Session proposal submission must include a Speaker from the associated institution. Each team can have a maximum of two (2) industry professionals for every institutional representative. The industry professionals included in the submission application do not have to be associated with a firm that holds a Sponsorship spot.
The submission deadline for Conference Education Session proposals is May 1, 2026. The selection process for the Conference Education Sessions will take approximately 1-2 months.
Sponsor Crawl
Payment in full will be due at the time of purchase to secure your Sponsor Crawl spot. If necessary, please contact your credit card company in advance to ensure a smooth checkout process. Any delays may result in the loss of your Sponsor Crawl spot.
Each host firm will be allowed to invite additional members of their organization to attend the Sponsor Crawl event itself (but no other part of the conference).
Each host firm will be allowed to add one (1) attendee spot to their associated Sponsor level for attendance at the full TCUF conference.
As additional information becomes available, there may be opportunities to make selections regarding food options or branded drinks, etc., but this will not affect the flat rate.
The Sponsor Crawl will be held at a single location with mutliple stations located throughout the venue. Unlike previous Sponsor Crawls, there will not be an opportunity to work directly with restaurants or bars to negotiate menus or rates. Each hosting opportunity will cost a flat rate of $10,000. This rate equals the actual costs incurred by TCUF to reserve the Sponsor Crawl location, including all associated food and beverages. No mark-up or fees have been added.
The Sponsor Crawl openings will become available online at a designated time and all spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are unable to secure a spot as a Sponsor Crawl host, you can join the waitlist and be notified if an opportunity becomes available.
Opportunities to host a stop on the Sponsor Crawl will be available online, in the same way that Sponsorship opportunities are offered. Approximately 4-6 Sponsor Crawl opportunities will be available, and hosting will be limited to existing Sponsors.
