Participation or acceptance of a showcase proposal does not come with or allow attendance to the conference. The TCUF Architectural Showcase Committee will install the displays.

All displays must be on a standard retractable event banner (pop-up). Maximum banner dimensions: 36″ wide x 12″ deep x 84″ high. Easels will not be allowed.

Showcase submissions highlighting a recently designed or constructed project on a college or university campus will be accepted for consideration through August 14, 2026. The submissions may be made by either the Higher Education Institution or an A/E/C consultants on their behalf. All respondents will be notified of selections by August 28, 2026.
