Brad Schmidt is a seasoned construction professional with more than 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record of delivering complex, high impact projects. As a Senior Project Manager at the University of Houston, he has played a key role in advancing the University’s facilities through projects such as the RAD Center, Memorial Hermann Football Operations Center, Houston Public Media Antenna Replacement, and the Houston Basketball Locker Rooms. His current work on Centennial Hall and the Student Center Expansion continues his commitment to building spaces that support UH’s growth and mission
