Chase Miller serves as a Senior Project Manager for The Texas A&M University System, where he provides technical leadership and oversight for complex capital projects. With a career spanning over 18 years in the construction and design industry, Chase brings extensive expertise in managing the full lifecycle of major facility developments—from initial planning and budget analysis through construction and final occupancy.

Prior to joining the A&M System, Chase held key roles at Vaughn Construction, SpawGlass, and Echo Maintenance, where he managed diverse projects including healthcare facilities, academic buildings, and municipal infrastructure. His background is rooted in rigorous project controls, including cost analysis, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring that projects remain on track and within budget. Chase is also committed to the future of the industry, having served as a Visiting Professor of Practice in the College of Construction Science at Texas A&M University, where he mentored the next generation of construction managers. A proud Aggie, Chase holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Leadership & Development from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Lamar University.
