Collin Ward
UT ArlingtonCollin Ward serves as Director of Capital Projects at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he leads the planning and execution of complex capital initiatives across the institution. With a strong foundation in construction oversight and facility planning, he brings a strategic, delivery-focused approach to advancing higher education environments.
In addition to his professional role, Collin is currently pursuing graduate studies in Sociology, deepening his understanding of how the built environment influences human behavior, community dynamics, and institutional culture, insight that informs his approach to campus development.
Prior to joining UTA, Collin was a Capital Project Manager at Texas Woman’s University, where he managed a range of campus development projects. His earlier experience includes serving as an architect and Project Manager at Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford for nearly 15 years, where he contributed to the design and delivery of institutional and educational facilities.
Collin is a licensed architect and University of Texas at Arlington alumnus, combining design expertise with a growing interdisciplinary perspective that bridges the physical and social dimensions of campus environments.
