Stephen Fuchs is a distinguished facilities and construction professional with a proven record of leadership across military, educational, and large‑scale operational environments. He began his career in the United States Navy as an Avionics Specialist and member of Expeditionary Security Forces, earning multiple Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal for excellence in high‑risk, high‑stress settings.
Building on his military experience, Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in 2015 with academic focus in Construction Science, Facilities Management, and Geology.
