Ashley Valka
The Texas A&M University SystemAshley Valka is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she earned both a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture. She currently serves within the Facilities, Planning & Construction division of the Texas A&M University System, supporting the delivery of capital projects across a diverse portfolio of campuses and agencies.
Ashley brings extensive experience managing complex, technically demanding projects, including Biosafety Level 3 laboratories, nuclear research facilities, student support buildings, parking structures, student housing developments, and specialized training complexes for the Texas Engineering Extension Service. Her work requires navigating stringent regulatory environments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and aligning stakeholder priorities to achieve successful outcomes.
She is actively engaged in projects at the RELLIS Campus, Tarleton State University, and Texas A&M University–Central Texas, where she collaborates with institutional partners, design professionals, and contractors to advance strategic campus development initiatives.
