Miles Nommensen serves as Principal of Building MEP and leads Cleary Zimmermann’s Houston office. He has over 20 years of experience in the design of mechanical and plumbing systems and is also well-versed in electrical design. His deep knowledge of the three MEP disciplines fosters his comprehensive approach to project management and understanding of the cross-discipline implications of design decisions. He specializes in the design of complex mechanical systems including chilled water and heating hot water in laboratory environments and in the education sector. His portfolio also includes experience with commercial, healthcare, municipal, and nonprofit projects.
