Nichole Bekken

Nichole Bekken is a Construction Project Manager at Baylor University, overseeing several planning, design, and renovation projects in Waco, TX since 2022. She has led numerous major capital projects, including residence halls, academic buildings, and campus landmarks. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston and began her career in Facilities Management, gaining experience from design, ownership, and maintenance perspectives. Her work emphasizes functional, durable, and thoughtfully designed spaces, with a focus on renovations and adaptive reuse. Nichole is a Registered Architect (RA), Registered Interior Designer (RID), and Project Management Professional (PMP). Outside of work, she is a wife, and proud mother of two, who values faith, family, and creating meaningful spaces.
