Justin Lorance

Justin Lorance is a Senior Project Manager with Facilities Planning and Construction at The Texas A&M University System, where he oversees the planning, design, and delivery of capital projects across the System. He began his career with Linbeck Construction in 2009, gaining experience in project execution and field operations, before joining the Texas A&M University System in 2013.

Justin currently serves as the lead Project Manager for the Texas A&M Space Institute, a complex project that began design in May 2024 and is scheduled for substantial completion in November 2026. In this role, he works closely with stakeholders, consultants, and construction teams to help keep the project aligned with program goals, budget, and schedule.

With experience on both the construction and owner sides, Justin brings a practical and steady approach to project management and coordination. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, Class of 2008.
