Eberhard Laepple

Eberhard has more than 20 years of experience in various industries, including architecture, master planning, workplace and facilities strategy, and real estate planning. He has served as a senior planner, programmer, and project manager on projects, providing strategic master planning, academic planning, site due diligence, facility assessment, roadmap and implementation plans, developing and deploying reporting dashboards, economic feasibility studies, and workplace advisory and guidelines development. His experience focuses on higher education, science and technology, and advanced manufacturing.
Eberhard is focused on client needs and requires emphasis on data-driven decision-making and quality data. He utilizes stakeholder engagement and collaboration across disciplines and expertise to achieve clients’ key performance indicators (KPIs). He combines his data analytics skills with a strong focus on organizational objectives and facilitation skills. This approach allows him to reach project consensus and develop implementable short- to long-term solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives and budgets.
