Rob Lamberson
Project ControlRob Lamberson is a Vice President with Project Control, bringing over 20 years of experience managing complex capital projects for higher education, public, and private sector clients. With a foundation in architecture, project management, construction administration, and commissioning, Rob delivers an owner-focused approach that aligns institutional goals with timely, on-budget, and value-driven outcomes. He has overseen multi-phase projects across academic, research, housing, and student-life facilities, collaborating with institutional leadership, facilities teams, designers, contractors, and end users to manage scope, cost, quality, and performance. Known for his collaborative style, Rob emphasizes building relationships and clear communication to ensure project success.
He serves as Treasurer for the Wakeland High School Baseball Booster Club, supports CampV with site planning and development, and is a guest instructor for the UT Tyler College of Engineering and Construction Management capstone.
Rob earned a B.A. in Architecture from Southern Illinois University, is a Qualified Commissioning Provider (QCxP), and a LEED Accredited Professional. His experience includes projects for The University of Texas at Tyler, Stephen F. Austin State University, The University of Texas at Dallas, University of North Texas, Texas Woman’s University, Texas A&M University, and various K–12, municipal, and commercial developments.
