Ann Volz

Ann Volz is the Founder and President of Volz Company, which she established in 2015 to provide strategic real estate advisory services focused on student housing and mission-driven development. Based in Irvine, California, she brings more than 30 years of experience advising colleges and universities on the planning, delivery, and operation of on-campus housing and creative financing solutions.
Ann has worked with over 200 institutions, including more than 30 community colleges, guiding projects from early feasibility through implementation. She is a frequent industry speaker and an active participant in organizations such as the Urban Land Institute and the Society for College and University Planning. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Communications from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.
