Todd Niesner

Todd Niesner serves as the architecture studio lead for the Jacobs Houston office where he oversees project delivery across a diverse portfolio in a variety of market sectors including Higher Education, Science and Technology, and Corporate / Commercial. A registered architect in the State of Texas, Todd brings 15+ years of experience to Jacobs’ Cities and Places group, providing innovative design solutions to cutting edge research teams, spaceport clients, and advanced manufacturing industries. Todd played a key role on the Ballistics, Aero-Optics, and Materials Facility at the RELLIS campus, first as a project architect and then as the design project manager where he led a multi-discipline team of highly specialized subject matter experts to design this unique research facility while fostering an effective partnership with users and stakeholders. Todd holds dual degrees in both Architecture and Urban Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
