Matthew Keathley is a Director of Operations with nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry and more than two decades with Vaughn. He brings deep expertise in institutional, research, and complex laboratory facilities, supporting major higher education and healthcare clients across Texas.

Matthew is known for delivering technically demanding projects on schedule while maintaining a strong focus on client expectations and team performance.
In his role, he leads staffing coordination, develops project plans, establishes goals and deadlines, and evaluates team effectiveness to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. His portfolio includes large-scale academic, medical, and research facilities featuring advanced laboratory environments, vivarium spaces, and complex renovations of occupied buildings.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and maintains OSHA 10- and 30-hour certifications, along with fall protection training. Based in Spring, Texas, he is a seasoned leader recognized for aligning project execution with client objectives and driving successful delivery across a wide range of complex building types.
