Jeff Hall

Jeff Hall serves as Operations Director for Hoefer Welker’s Dallas studio, where he provides leadership across project management, technical delivery, and team coordination. He is responsible for aligning people, processes, and documentation to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and meet client expectations. With experience spanning higher education and healthcare environments, Jeff focuses on executing complex projects within defined budgets, schedules, and operational constraints.

Jeff served as Project Manager for Texas Christian University’s Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine – Arnold Hall, one of the nation’s most recognized medical education facilities. In this role, he led coordination across stakeholders, managed project scope and delivery, and ensured alignment between design intent and construction execution. Jeff emphasizes clear communication and practical problem-solving to support successful outcomes and long-term performance of campus facilities.
