Annie Briscoe

Annie Briscoe, PE, is a civil engineering project manager with Kimley-Horn. Known for her strong organizational skills and collaborative approach, Annie works closely with project teams and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward efficiently and responsively. Her strengths include proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks that impact higher education and training facilities. Her role as project manager for the TEEX Public Service Training Complex has included site planning and design, overall project management and stakeholder coordination. Annie is passionate about these projects and has a personal connection to the benefit public safety training facilities provide to our communities. Her husband, who is a firefighter/ paramedic, has completed multiple training courses at TEEX facilities.
