A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture, Steve specializes in the project management and delivery of complex academic facilities that support evolving campus needs and long-term institutional goals. His campus experience spans from Orange to El Paso and includes major projects for the Texas State University System, Texas A&M System, and the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Steve’s work emphasizes phased construction, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining uninterrupted campus operations. For the Health and Science Center at Lamar State College Port Arthur, he applied this expertise to deliver flexible, student-focused environments that support contemporary learning and research.
