Lee Gibson is an Assistant Director with Facilities Planning and Construction for the Texas A&M University System, where he oversees project delivery across a diverse portfolio. With more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry, his background spans project management, preconstruction, development, and higher education facilities. Lee’s broad expertise across multiple construction roles provides him with a well-rounded understanding of industry challenges and the practical solutions required for successful project execution. He played a key role as Project Manager for the Ballistics, Aero-Optics, and Materials Facility at the RELLIS campus, where he led coordination among a wide range of specialized stakeholders and helped drive the project to successful completion. He holds a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
