Saleem Qassem

Saleem Qassem is a Project Executive with Turner Construction’s Houston office, bringing more than 25 years of experience delivering complex, large scale projects across Texas. Since joining Turner in 2002, Saleem has advanced through key operational leadership roles, including Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, developing extensive expertise in project delivery, team leadership, and client service.
In his current role, Saleem provides executive level oversight from early planning through project completion, leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting informed decision making on high profile projects. He is recognized for building trusted client relationships and guiding projects to successful outcomes through a collaborative, solutions oriented approach. His experience spans healthcare, aviation, corporate, and higher education environments, with a particular focus on academic campuses and technically complex facilities.
Saleem’s higher education portfolio includes work for the University of Houston, Texas A&M University, the Texas State University System, Dallas and Tarrant County Community Colleges, and San Jacinto College, among others. His regional experience includes projects throughout Houston, Dallas, Austin, Galveston, and Beaumont, giving him a strong understanding of institutional priorities, procurement strategies, and construction challenges within active campus settings.
