Jaxon Collins is a Project Manager with Imperial Construction, bringing more than 12 years of experience managing complex construction and renovation projects throughout Texas. His expertise spans K-12 and higher education, municipal, and public-sector facilities, where he has successfully led projects from pre-construction planning and budgeting through construction, commissioning, and closeout. Jaxon is particularly experienced in Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery and excels at coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to achieve successful project outcomes.

 

Known for his collaborative leadership style and practical problem-solving approach, Jaxon has extensive experience delivering multi-phase projects on occupied campuses while maintaining safety, minimizing disruptions, and keeping schedules on track. He is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and project teams, believing that open communication and proactive planning are the foundation of every successful project.

Jaxon’s portfolio includes major projects for Dallas ISD, Texas State Technical College, Alvarado ISD, Cleburne ISD, and Alpine ISD, including the Franklin D. Roosevelt High School Additions and Renovations, the TSTC Industrial Technology Center in Abilene, and multiple campus modernization and expansion projects across Texas.

He holds an Associate of Science in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma and maintains OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR, and Certified Asbestos Training certifications.
