Robert Ambrose

Dr. Robert Ambrose has had a 30-year career spanning work in academia, industry, and the government, with demonstrated technical abilities, organizational leadership, and partnership skills for directing an innovative technical and scientific program. Rob retired from NASA JSC in 2021 as the Division Chief for the Software, Robotics and Simulation Division.

He transitioned to the Texas A&M University system where he serves as the Texas Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) Associate Agency Director and Project Office Director for Space, Strategic Advanced Research Unit and the Texas A&M Space Institute Associate Director.
