Todd Harper

Todd Harper, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP is the Founder of ConstructSpark, a consulting firm focused on helping building owners and project teams optimize digital transformation, project delivery, and long-term information outcomes. With more than 27 years of experience across architecture, construction, and construction technology leadership, Todd specializes in aligning people, process, and technology to improve complex capital programs.

Todd’s experience spans large, technically demanding projects across healthcare, higher education, aviation, advanced manufacturing, mixed-use, and commercial sectors. He has worked extensively with owners to define digital delivery strategies, establish governance and standards, and guide implementation across diverse consultant and contractor teams. Prior to founding ConstructSpark, Todd served as Director of Construction Technology for a national contractor, where he built enterprise-wide technology programs supporting projects nationwide.

Todd brings a practical, owner-centric perspective informed by deep project experience and a focus on clarity, scalability, and long-term value.
