Steve Hill is a Vice President at Project Control with more than 25 years of experience in the construction and project management industry, bringing deep expertise in higher education facilities planning, construction, and inspection services. Known for his results driven and detail oriented approach, Steve has a proven record of delivering complex campus projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accountability.

Steve’s technical strengths include estimating, value engineering, budget development and oversight, schedule optimization, and rigorous QA/QC, with hands on involvement across the full project lifecycle, from programming and design through construction, move in, and close out. He excels in managing the unique operational challenges of active university campuses, coordinating closely with institutional stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure compliance with owner standards.

Steve has supported 14 projects for West Texas A&M University, along with multiple initiatives for Texas A&M Fort Worth, Texas Tech University, Midland College, providing him with a strong understanding of institutional processes, funding requirements, and reporting expectations specific to higher education.
