Frank Rascoe

With 38 years of experience, Frank is a Vice President and the Global Design Leader for Jacobs.  As an Architectural Practice Leader, he leads a diverse range of projects for higher education, science and research, corporate & office, community, infrastructure, federal, electronics and advanced manufacturing.  Frank is currently the chairman of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the UT San Antonio Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design where he also serves as a visiting design critic and lecturer School of Architecture and Planning. Frank spent three years on the Speakers Bureau for the Texas Society of Architects, and he has been honored to receive a number of awards throughout his career, including the DBIA Marvin Black Award, the DBIA National Outstanding Design Award, and Design Awards from SAME and American School and University.
