As the corporate world continues to evolve business schools must also continue to adapt. The types of business that exist today did not exist at the conception of existing office buildings nor existing business schools. Newer ideas in the workplace regarding technology, remote work, and open concepts have revolutionized corporate America. Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School has bridged that gap with their new Roberts Building. This new state-of-the-art facility demonstrates how collaboration, transparency and flexibility are all characteristics that students will experience in the new workplace but yet that is not the experience throughout the college. The question arises, how do existing spaces match these new innovative designs giving students an equal experience no matter the building? This session will explore how Mays Business School has embraced this new way of business for all spaces and students.
